Are the free items on your sore really free? How is this possible?
Yes it is absolutely 100% free! We offer free promotions for a variety of reasons. We may be looking to sell out of a product to make room for new products. We may have excess inventory of a product and want it to sell down. Regardless of the reason, we pass the savings on to you, our customer, so it is a Win - Win scenario! All we ask on our free promotions is that you help pay the shipping costs.

How long will shipping take?
Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Although your order is processed within 48 hours, Standard Shipping typically takes between 2-4 weeks for US delivery. Some items may arrive sooner than others or later, however most fall within the 2-4 week delivery window.
I ordered more than 1 item, and I've received only 1 item, why is that?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
I need to change my order/address, is this possible?
Although we highly encourage our customers to double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process most orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please, contact us at email@example.com no later than 48 hours after order placement and we will do our best to accommodate that change. If the 48 hour mark has passed after you've placed your order, then we will not be able to accommodate any changes because the item(s) will already have been shipped from our fulfillment center, therefore, we will not be able to make changes to the order.
